Rozana Foundation Trust was created to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in rural India.
Working across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, we partner with rural women and youth to enable access to education, skills, and sustainable livelihoods. Supported by the Rozana Rural Commerce ecosystem, we stay deeply rooted in communities and focused on long-term impact—not charity, but collaboration.
Rural women and youth have talent, but limited access to education, skills, and opportunity. Rozana Foundation exists to bridge this gap through long-term capacity building—focusing on education, skill development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship. We believe in empowerment over charity, and in creating pathways that lead to lasting change.
Rozana Foundation was founded by Ankur Dahiya, Adwait Vikram Singh, and Priyanka Shahi—three leaders with one shared belief: rural India deserves more than just access to markets.
Through years of working across villages in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, they saw a clear gap—commerce was growing, but opportunity was not reaching women and youth.
Rozana Foundation was created to bridge this gap by combining education, skills, and entrepreneurship with rural commerce.

Rozana Foundation empowers rural India by bridging gaps in education, skills, and employment. We work with rural women and youth to create pathways to learning and livelihoods. Our focus is entrepreneurship and confident economic participation. We believe in partnership, dignity, and community-led growth.
